Hello! Thank you for participating in our study for IME 543. For this project, we will be collecting information on user satisfaction with the Kennedy Library Website. This experiment aims to assess different website variations and user satisfaction levels.

Please answer these questions honestly and as best as you can. Your results will be compiled anonymously into the results of this experiment & presented as a group to the class of IME 543 in the Winter Quarter of 2021 at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
