From time to time, it is important for us to review the contact details we have on file for students attending our Madrasah. This is to ensure the information we hold is up-to-date and accurate.
Occasionally, unexpected or emergency situations occur, and it is essential for us to be able to contact parents/carers outside of, or within Madrasah hours.
I therefore humbly request you to fill out this form in full by Thursday 10th August 2023.
When filling out the form, please write full names of all contacts and list them in order of priority. Both landline and mobile numbers should be provided where possible.
Furthermore, please inform us of any future changes to contact details.
