The equipment available is a CytoFLEX V0-B4-R2 Flow Cytometer. It has 2 active lasers (488 nm, 638 nm) and 6 channels for fluorescence detection (525/40; 585/42; 690/50; 780/60; 660/10; 780/60). The complete system have a computer work station with CytExpert Acquisition software.
