Holy Cross Graduation June 2024 Registration 
Dear Grade 12s & Parents/Guardians:

We are excited to begin planning for this year's Graduation!!  The ceremony will take place on Thursday, June 27th, 2024 at 12:45 PM at Venu Event Space.

In order to prepare for graduation, students are asked to carefully read the following information and  indicate their intent to participate our Graduation ceremony using their k12 email accounts.  

Please submit this form and fee no later than FRIDAY, MARCH 8th, 2024.  This Graduation fee will cover the cost of the following: facility rental, Graduation folder and composite, awards, décor, reception, and other related expenses.

Payment is due by the registration deadline FRIDAY, MARCH 8TH, 2024 and can be paid via School Day/cash.  Cash payments can be made in the main office with Ms. J. Barone.  

Formal invitations and 3 entrance tickets will be provided to you in the Spring.  Due to capacity constraints, a limited number of tickets can be purchased in the main office. Graduates do not require a ticket.

GRADUATION CRITERIA FOR STUDENTS:
In order to register and participate in our June 2024 Graduation, please check that you have the following:

1. Ensure that you will have 30 credits (including all compulsories) by the end of June 2024 (assuming that course(s) currently enrolled in, both in day school or night school, will result in the attainment of credit(s))

2. You have passed the OSSLT (Literacy Test) or have taken/currently taking the OLC (Ontario Literacy Course)

3. You have a MINIMUM of 40 hours of Community Service (please submit outstanding forms by Friday, April 26th, 2024)

GOWN ORDER: Please choose your size using the chart below.  Regular Fit fits a max chest size of 50" and FULL fit fits a max chest size of 59".  When measuring your height, it should be done with flat shoes, and you want the gown to at least reach your mid calf. *
