Sydney Scorpions 2019 Junior Elite Camp Registration - 12/14/16's
Sydney Scorpions is requesting players selected in their Junior Regional Boys & Girls 12/14/16 squads to register to trial and attend our Junior Elite Camp Friday 3 May, 2019.

Additionally the 14/16's are required to have a parent/guardian complete a Sydney Academy of Sport online consent form as outlined at the end of this form due Friday 3 May, 2019.

– Scorpions Junior Elite Camp will take place on 11-12 May, 2019 at the Sydney Academy of Sport, Narrabeen
– This will act as the Boys & Girls 12/14/16’s final selection trial for our 2019 Junior Regional teams
– Squads have been selected from various gala days and the NSW Touch Junior State Cup Conference & Final
– Final teams will compete at the 2019 NSWTA Junior Regional Championships to be held at Orange Touch Association on 13-14 July 2019.  Player and parent accommodation has been arranged

KEY TRIAL INFO:
– Boys 12’s – Sat 11 May 8.30am-12noon
– Girls 12’s – Sat 11 May 11.00am-2.00pm
– The cost for the 12's is $40 which includes Scorps training singlet/shirt and morning/afternoon tea and drinks
– Payment is to be made in advance by Wednesday 8 May, 2019

– Boys & Girls 14's will attend on Sat 11 May 1.00pm until Sun 12 May 11am
– Boys & Girls 16's will attend on Sat 11 May 10.00am until Sun 12 May 11am
– The cost for the 14/16's is $160 per player inclusive of all meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast), sports drinks, snacks, accommodation, Scorps training singlet/shirt plus physiotherapy treatment where required
– Payment of is to be made in advance by Wednesday 8 May, 2019

– A Mother's Day Morning Tea will take place on Sunday 12 May from 10.00am-11.00am

All squad players are requested to have a touch football or similar photo of themselves uploaded via the link below (no DropBox account is required) to assist selectors and coaches with TID (Talent Identification) at the junior camp.  Whilst players are recognisable at the Junior State Cup in their own club uniforms this isn't always the case at the camp so photos make it a lot easier for selections.

Whilst attendance at the Scorpions Junior Elite camp is not compulsory for final team selection, those not attending the camp or missing any part are jeopardising their chances for final team selection. A case by case review on the players circumstances will be undertaken by Scorpions committee and coaches, with information needing to be sent to email@sydneyscorpions.com

Important Information to Complete for Sydney Sports Academy
All 14/16's participants attending the upcoming Junior Elite Camp at Sydney Academy of Sport and Recreation organised through Sydney Scorpions must have a parent/guardian complete a Medical and Consent Form or they cannot attend the Sports Academy  (NB: Not required for 12's).

The information that Sport and Recreation needs about you includes:
- medical conditions
- food related allergies
- special diets
- medication
- emergency contact details
- media consent

It is vital that you enter the following details to complete the online form by Friday 3 May, 2019.  Also see the image below for this information as it will be requested via the consent form.  You will also need the players Medicare card details.
