Oneida County History Center Research Library Appointment Request
The Tharratt Gilbert Best Research Library at the Oneida County History Center will be open by appointment only until the COVID-19 pandemic subsides. Please complete all lines of this form and indicate the dates and times you wish to visit. This form is to request an appointment only. You will be contacted to confirm your appointment date and time.

Individuals with preexisting conditions that are high risk for infection are urged to stay home. Masks and distancing are required. No more than 5 individuals are allowed in the library at any time.
