Mark Green Sports Center Member Reactivation Form
Sports Center Members now have the option to reactivate their current membership under current limitations per the Alameda County and the California State Health Guidelines.  Please complete and submit the form below to reactivate your account.  The Mark Green Sports Center will prorate all prepaid months during the shutdown.  Reactivation is not valid for youth members or subsidized members at this time.  Please wait for an email from our staff so we can provide you with the correct information on how to reserve a workout time slot or group exercise class.  If you do not hear from us, please call (510) 675-5808.
