Beer
1) Brewers are not restricted to using Crisp Malt and Lallemand Yeast.
2) Minimum of 18L of beer must be entered. Max 5 styles of beer.
3) Brewers must bring their own Jockey Box or Cooler for bottles. Ice will be provided.
4) Brewers must comply with COVID-19 Rules. Sanitiser will be provided for tables but we request that you also bring sanitiser.
5) Beers brewed on-premises of competition, or at a commercial brewery are not eligible.
6) Brewers will make safe and consumable beers for the public to taste.
7) All participants will receive free entry and discounted prices on ingredients from Cactus Craft.
8) All participants must enter a copy of their recipe.
9) The public will judge the ‘Favourite Beer of the Day’ and only brewers that enter the BJCP competition will be judged by the official BJCP judges.
10) Judging shall occur in accordance with BJCP guidelines, including but not limited to the following:
(a) Blind tasting where judges shall not have the identity of the brewer or entrant team.
(b) Entries shall be judged in accordance with published style guidelines.
(c) Judging panels shall have a minimum of two and a maximum of four judges.

11) No beer tasters should be given to persons under the age of 18 and persons who do not have a taster glass.
13) All participants must bring their own gazebo. We will only supply the first 20 participants with tables.

Distilling:
1) A minimum of 1,5 litre of spirits must be entered.
2) Distillers are requested to submit a recipe/distilling method of their spirit
2) The public will vote for the favourite spirit of the day
3) Distillers must comply with COVID-19 Rules. Sanitiser will be provided for tables but we request that you also bring sanitiser.
4) No tasters should be given to persons under the age of 18 or to persons without a taster glass
5) All participants must bring their own gazebo. We will only supply the first 20 participants with tables.
6) Distillers will make safe and consumable spirits for the public to taste.
7) All participants will receive free entry and discounted prices on ingredients from Cactus Craft.
8) All spirits must be home - distilled spirits.
