Raffle ends after 24 hours, I will select the winner and send the invoice.
If there is no payment to the invoice for 24 hours, the raffle prize will be canceled which may result in a disadvantage for future participation in the raffle.

-The Artisan Keycap is made by wax carving & silver casting. It is all handmade.
- Due to the nature of the carving, there may be some scratches.

1. Due to the nature of metal products (brass, sterling silver), the color will be tanished or the plating will strip away over time with the exposure to air.
Watch out for scratches on the plating.
If color be tanished use the polishing cloth to make it shine again. (only for non-plated)
2. For plated products, do not use a polishing cloth; this will strip away the plating.
3. The round-trip shipping fee for A/S(ex. re-polishing) is borne by the customer.
4. Crookey is not responsible for secondary used transactions.
