As part of bespoke support, you get:

3 x online consultations (Fertility, Food and Life), if you are a couple it is advised that you take the Fertility sessions separately.

Fertility: functional medicine nutrition and lifestyle assessment and functional testing recommendations plus interpretation (tests can be completed from the comfort of your own home and will be urine, saliva, bloodspot or finger-prick). Test/s will be sent to you following the first appointment.

Food: building your personalised nutrition plan based on test results and information from the Fertility session.

Life: building your personalised lifestyle plan based on the information from the Fertility session and/or your test results.

6-weeks online support to keep you on track and accountable.

Access to the TFAB membership for 4 weeks following our time together.
