Request For Use Of Waller ISD Logos/Marks
Waller Independent School District (WISD) mascots and logos are the property of the district. The marks are essential for identifying the district’s educational services, extracurricular activities, and programs. WISD exclusively controls their use and representation. While there is no charge to access WISD’s logos and marks, all entities seeking permission to utilize these marks must adhere to brand guidelines.

For the purpose of this procedure, "logos and marks" refers to the WISD name, campus names, nicknames, mascots, and any associated designs, graphics, or symbols. Unauthorized use of any of WISD’s logos and marks, or any representation that implies endorsement or affiliation without district permission, is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement.

Unauthorized Use
Any unauthorized use of WISD logos or marks is prohibited. If logos or marks are used improperly or suggest an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation where none exists, a demand to cease usage will be issued immediately. WISD reserves the right to pursue any necessary legal action to protect its intellectual property and the goodwill associated with its logos and marks. Selling, displaying, or creating items with WISD logos or marks without written permission infringes on WISD's rights and shall not be permitted.
