Use this form to request a 2 hour block of time in the EM White Library Reference Room.

Limited to LPTS Students and Faculty only.

A maximum of 6 patrons will be allowed for each 2-hr block. Requests must be made 24 hours in advance. Availability:

M, Tu 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
W, Th 12:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
 
By making this reservation, you affirm:
 
• you are a current LPTS Student, Staff, or Faculty member
• no child, spouse, friend, or any other unconfirmed, non-LPTS persons will accompany you inside the library building
• you will provide picture identification - a valid LPTS ID or a valid Driver License, Passport - to be retained by staff during your visit
• a mask will be worn during entire time in the library building
• you will restrict movement to Lobby and Reference Room, and use Restroom on the main floor only
• you will remain in designated seating - i.e. not move chairs while studying and agree to maintain 6 feet of social distancing from other people at all times.

Those not following rules will be noted and asked to leave.

Reference Room Access will reclose if:

o Mandated by state, city, or LPTS administration
o Any individual who tests positive for COVID 19 has been known to enter the library building while infected
        with the virus
