Please answer this short survey on calendar preferences for the 23-24 school year. As a reminder, students have to be in school for a minimum of 1,080 hours. This is approximately 170 days, however we normally schedule close to around 180 days for students. The earliest start date for public schools in Iowa is Aug. 23, 2023, which is a Wednesday. Other dates when there is no school would remain the same as this year (Ex. No school the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, MLK Jr and Presidents day)
