Stress Management/ Mindfulness At Home
We are pleased to invite you to a workshop about how to help your students manage stress. In this workshop you will learn and practice parenting skills that will help keep you connected to your students as you guide them through stress. We will also talk about the benefits of practicing mindfulness daily.
Recent research has shown that many of our students experience varying levels of stress throughout their school years, some good and some bad. This workshop will help you learn how to guide your student through stress and how to best handle it along with them.
