Be it a university group assignment or your workplace, nowadays working as part of a group is inevitable, but do you really know what drives a group to achieve better performance?
During this training session, you will be able to get familiar with concepts about team dynamics, which help you understand how to perform better in a team and get some evidence-based tips and tricks to prevent you from failing your next important project!
Don’t worry, we won’t only talk to you about something abstract, non-usable concept, which you’ll forget faster than you learned it. In this interactive training session, you will have a chance to apply what you’ve learned right away!

We will spend the weekend (July 1 to July 4) in Balatonakalin, in a camp. You can count on team-building programs, swimming, music, dancing and endless fun.
