- This form is for those who have purchased multiple base kits over separate orders, and would like to receive a refund for the shipping costs incurred from the separate purchases.

- If you did not purchase multiple base kits but instead purchased a base kit and extra parts, the shipping is actually calculated properly whether or not it was done in one purchase. The shipping cost bound to the extra parts is the difference the base kit's shipping cost would go up by when the extra part gets tacked on to the main package.

- The refund amount will go up to (combined paid shipping cost - actual shipping cost). For example, if you paid $50 shipping twice and actual shipping cost ends up at $70, you will be refunded $30.

- The refund will be issued directly through Shopify to the payment method used.

- We need to double check with the shipping companies regarding some data, so give us a bit of time before we can get around to calculating the actual combined shipping cost and actually issuing the refund.
