Vice President (one year term, then move to President for one year term) *
  • Assist President in carrying out their duties and monthly meetings
  • Perform duties of President in their absence
  • Additional duties may be assigned
Treasurer (one year term to replace Emily while she acts as President, the the following year it returns to a 2-year position) *
  • In charge of the funds of the Association
  • Make reports to the board of Directors at the monthly meetings
  • Assist with the audits; prepare financial records and filing of all tax forms required by the IRS.
  • Pay bills
  • Transfer Venmo to account
  • Deposit checks
  • Pay trainers
Secretary (Two Year Term) *

  • send out mailings, birthday cards and other public relation duties to CCLCCA members in your
designated area
  • contact and deliver welcome new provider bags to those is your area
  • be a contact person within the community between providers and the CCLCCA board
