OBJECTIVE 宗旨：
- FUN WHEEL with SPECIAL DISABILITY Inclusive event with families and friends to work out together for a barrier free environment society.
与家人朋友透过《陪你义骑轮行》打造无障碍环境社区。
- To allow all kinds of mobility vehicles to roll, walk, run etc to join the fun!  (Includes Wheelchairs, Baby stroller, hand bike, Skateboard, Bicycle, Tandem bike, walk etc.)
这项活动公开给公众及各类别障碍人士参与。我们设定的项目如:轮椅，手摇自行车，儿童自行车，婴儿手推车,都欢迎参与。


AIMS 目的：
- Create Awareness to the Public about the existence and care people with special disability in our society.
促进社会对关爱特殊障碍的醒觉意识。
- Create Inclusively among all friends and family to have fun outdoor activity.
促进家人与朋友共享郊游。

REGISTRATION RULES
1.  All participants are to ensure that all information submitted by them for the purpose of registration are complete and accurate.

2.  The confirmation of participation is ONLY VALID when donation of the registration fees is successfully made.

3.  All entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE, REFUNDABLE NOR DEFERRABLE

4.  Upon confirmation of participation, changes to the category or other details will not be entertained.

5.  The Organizer reserves the right to limit, accept or reject any entries without prior notice and reasons.

6.  The Organizer reserves the right to close entries before deadline without any notice or when a quota of an event is full.

7.  The Organizer reserves the right to change the event date or venue at their own discretion.

8.  The Organizer reserves the right to not refund any participants for their registration to the even, in the even that the participant is unable to attend the event for whatever reason.

RULES & REGULATIONS
1.  Fun Wheel With Disabled,  committee and organizer hereinafter have taken all due care and caution in preparation and organization of the event. Due to the nature of event, organizers / sponsors / event committees accept no responsibility  of any kind direct or indirect for any accident / injury / death / loss of property before during and after the said event.

2.  Every participant shall comply with the instruction of a marshal and/or a traffic officer.

3.  The organizers reserve the right to change the venue, dates and/or prize of the event, if exceptional circumstances so demand.
