Thank you for expressing your interest in celebrating with us at Posh Pottery! We're absolutely delighted to be a part of your special occasion. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request a few essential details from you.

Please provide the full name AND age of the Honoree. If the Honoree is an adult, you can just put "adult."  *
What type of party are you planning? (Birthday, Bachelorette, etc.) *
What date + time are you hoping to reserve? 

*Your reservation will be for 2 hours.

*Parties are for 2 hours and will have a semi-private space reserved. 

*We do not allow parties with more than 20 painters and non-painters combined. If you are interested in hosting a party or event with more than 20 people, please email us at create@poshpotteryfranklin.com with more details on your event or party to see if we can find a way to accommodate.

*Due to limited studio space, we kindly ask that if you are hosting a child's birthday party, you request that other parents wait until your party is completely over to pick up their child.

Please write in the estimate number of painters AND non-painters. This can be a guesstimate, but we like to have a relative idea so we know how to set up.

*You are more than welcome to bring in your own food and drinks. However, please keep in mind our strict policy of washing hands before eating for safety reasons. Clay particles are NOT safe for consumption. 

*We recommend allocating part of your party time exclusively for painting and another part exclusively for eating.

At Posh Pottery, we want to ensure that every party is a fun and enjoyable experience for both hosts and guests. To maintain a conducive and respectful environment, we kindly request all party organizers and attendees to adhere to the following guidelines:

Noise Level + Party Decor 

While we encourage a lively and celebratory atmosphere, please be mindful of the noise level and party decor to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone in the studio. Our staff reserves the right to use discretion in permitting certain noise levels based + deocr on the overall studio environment. We do not allow noise makers, confetti, or confetti balloons. 

Studio Etiquette

Respect the space and other studio users. Any behavior that disrupts the creative atmosphere or compromises the safety of others may be addressed by our staff. Our employees have the discretion to intervene when necessary to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

*Once we receive this questionnaire, we will promptly respond to confirm your party date and send you instructions for payment. 

*To reserve your party, you will need to pay $100 party fee. This fee does NOT cover sitting fees or pottery pieces. You can pay this via phone, venmo, or in person.
