Registration Form for RD NGOs/ Patients' Organizations
Established in 2005, the Indian Organization for Rare Diseases (I-ORD) is a not-for-profit entity. It has been operational in both U.S.A and India for more than a decade-and-a-half with the highest level of integrity and transparency.

Recognized globally as a strategic contributor to the Rare Diseases (RD) movement, IORD continues to lead from the front.

We have been an active member in various international fora on RDs including NGO Committee for Rare Diseases at UN, Rare Diseases International, International Rare Disease Research Consortium (IRDiRC), Asia Pacific Alliance of Rare Disease Organizations (APARDO) among others.

We also work with EURORDIS of EU and NORD of the USA and other RD Organizations in countries including Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Argentina, etc.

In the course of our journey, we learned how the world-community has progressed to address RD patient issues and bring on the table new ideas, resources and a growing network of like-minded organisations.

Through its visionary leadership, IORD is working on Patient Awareness, Policy Advocacy and Orphan Drugs as a leading umbrella organization in India.

We provide guidance and support to patients organizations from its inception to various stages of their development and provide leadership to advance goals that we all share.

We serve the RD ecosystem, which includes Patient Representative Organizations / Healthcare NGOs, medical practitioners, diagnostic & treating facilities, orphan drug industry, policy advocacy with Government of India and various state governments to serve the approximately nine crore RD patients in a professional and an unbiased manner.

Please fill in the following form below to allow us to understand your organization comprehensively.  It will help us to connect you globally in your disease-specific ecosystem, which includes international patient registries, speciality diagnostics, disease-specific collaborative platforms for research & development of orphan drugs, expert medical practitioners and advanced treatment facilities over a period of time.

We work in collaboration with you all for a unified voice for RD patients and their common good.
