This is a 2-year program with new students starting each September.

The application is detailed and you may want some support with some of the questions. You can do some of the application and return back to complete it - the form will save your answers.

All applications are reviewed within 30 days of when they are received. Application to PTW is a multi-step process and all steps are important in our final decisions. All applicants seeking admission to PTW will be required to come in for a site visit and an in-person inteview.

* Initial admission offers are sent in Spring for students that will start in September. Offers continue until a full cohort of 15 is identified and committed to attend.

* We encourage the applicants to complete this form as independently as possible, although they may use supports as necessary.

* Most questions are "required' to ensure that none are overlooked. If you don't have a response to a particular question simply note N/A (not applicable) in the response section.
