Who Are We?AYDEPI is a youth-led organization formed in 2019 to support African Immigrants and African/American Youth at risk between the ages of 14-25 in Washington State. Our mission is to create sustainable measures to build resilience in vulnerable youth at-risk through holistic investment. Our key areas of operation are education, socio-economics interventions, mental health awareness, substance abuse and prevention, suicide prevention, crime, and homelessness, among other psychological factors that significantly affect the youth in Washington State. AYDEPI youth has 70% of the decision-making power, 100% come from BIPOC backgrounds, and 85% come from immigrant households. They make up a team of women and youth from all over the world.
