The worldwide financial downturn due to the COVID-19 pandemic can potentially affect faculty hirings across universities in the coming year. To help envision future scenarios, we are organizing an interactive Birds-of-a-Feather (BoF) session at Mobisys’20 to discuss ‘faculty job search during recession’. Please join us on Wednesday June 17th at 5PM EST and learn from experiences of recent graduates who successfully secured a faculty position in the very last job cycle, share your concerns, and meet your peers. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions before and during the panel discussion.
