You are responsible for bringing your own
table
chairs
electric cords
booth set up
tape
and what ever else you need to vend in person. Unless told otherwise.
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY:
-This market has very limited space indoors and outdoors
-This market is in Oakland, CA at Elis Mile High Club
-Communication will be done through BB email.
-Once accepted to the market you have 3 days to pay the table fee. If you do not pay this table fee within that time period we will remove you from the list of accepted artists and fill your spot with someone from the wait list.
-There are NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS
RULES:
-We ask that you promote the market on your social media at least three times
-No sharing tables 4ft or smaller (6ft and 10ft ok to share)
-If you are not there 15 minutes before the market starts you will not be allowed to vend (if you are going to be late or not be able to attend for whatever reason please let us know,)
-If you do a no call no show you will not be able to vend in future markets
-No packing up early to leave. (if you need to leave early please let us know, if you leave early without permission we will not ask you back to future markets)
RESELLING OF ANIMAL PRODUCTS
-Ethically sourced animals ONLY: NO BATS, no illegal bones or animals, no animals from trappers. No animal to be killed exclusively for your art. We only allow ethically sourced animals for example: foraged bones, road kill, natural death of a pet, from a farm, vet or person. (can not be an illegal animals)
-Each vendor is responsible for knowing their animal sales laws for each state and county
-Beelzebub's Bazaar DOES NOT TOLERATE HATE OF ANY KIND! We will kick out racist bigots. This also goes for homophobia, transphobia, sexism, xenophobia and all the other bad isms/ phobias. If you get caught selling or behaving this way you will be kicked out! You will not be refunded your artist fee and we will donate it to an appropriate nonprofit.
-Beelzebub's Bazaar is not responsible for lost, stolen, broken or misplaced items.
