AMS 102nd Annual Meeting: 22 December Update Feedback Form
AMS staff is currently evaluating the ever-changing situation surrounding Covid-19 and its potential impact on the in-person component of the 102nd Annual Meeting. We are speaking with local health officials, our vendors, and other association meeting professionals to gain additional insight and knowledge into the feasibility and safety of gathering in-person. We welcome your feedback and comments via this survey.  

The survey should take 2 minutes or less and your responses are anonymous.  No identifying information is collected and survey results will only be presented in summary form.  Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary.  All questions are optional and you can withdraw at any time by closing the browser.  For survey related questions, please contact Jen Ives, Director of Meetings at jives@ametsoc.org.   If you have questions about the annual meeting or our health and safety protocols please visit annual.ametsoc.org or email meetings@ametsoc.org.

This survey will not change your registration status.  If you wish to change your attendance method to/from in-person and remote, please do so by 28 December 2021.  This can be completed in the online registration by selecting the Modify Registration button in the confirmation email. When changing your registration status, be sure to continue through to the end and "Submit" to save changes.
