Use Student Account for Band Camp
Dear Band Parents,

If your student has fundraised, those funds may be used now.  Complete this form to indicate agreement to use your Student's Band Account balance towards Band Camp and Marching Accessories (gloves, shoes, lyre) costs.

If there are not sufficient student funds available to cover the total cost of Band Camp, then the difference between Band Camp (includes Marching Accessories) total and student account balance will appear in Push Coin.  

Student Account Balances will be adjusted accordingly.

Why is the Student ID needed?
Student IDs are used by the LZHS Bookkeeper to interact with PushCoin.  PushCoin is how the high school will distribute the Band Camp Fee.  BBLZ will share the adjusted camp fee (based on the amount in the student's balance) and align it to the student's ID for it to appear in Push Coin.

Student's ID is the same at all schools.  It's located on their picture ID and on the back of their iPad.
