If you need a learning device for your child please complete the form and we will contact you when your device is ready for pick up.
Please note:
-All devices are LOANED to students and must be returned if the student leaves the Department of Education.
-If you no longer need the device or move from the school you are responsible for returning the device along with all plugs, wires and cases to the school. -You will be contacted when your child’s device is ready to be picked up.
-Families must fill out the Student Device Loan Agreement upon pick-up.
