Design a City
On April 22nd, 2023, the Payne-Phalen Community Council hosted Earth Day in 6 Languages. We asked the community to design a more inclusive and sustainable city using recycled materials. The results were AMAZING! Now we want to ask you how to make these things happen!

We've created this form for you to collaborate with the designers. We will use your input to help create the Payne-Phalen's district plan.  
  1. Find 2-3 designs (or more) that fit into your vision of Payne-Phalen. 
  2. Give us your input on who should make it happen and what do we need to get started. 
  3. Some designs match what's already in the neighborhood: Do we need more of it? Does it need to change? Is it something we should safeguard? 
  4. Tell us what's missing! At the end of the form, there will be an option to add what you want included in a more inclusive and sustainable city.

Design #9: Moove (movie) theater

Design #10: A free public school system 
Provides an education for all, an education population and a preservation of democracy.

Design #11: A public library.
Because they are the last free places for our democracy, information, info literacy, WIFI access, job support, arts, & heritage etc. :)
