Sprit of Texas is planning our Grand Re-Opening and we need your feedback in order to create a class and private lesson structure and schedule that best fits the needs for those who are planning to tryout for a team at Spirit of Texas for the 2020-2021 season!

Please fill ONE of these forms out PER ATHLETE in your household that is planning on trying out!

If you are a retuning athlete from the 2019-2020 season, please use the e-mail you provided us last season! (Note: Do not use an athlete e-mail address unless the athlete is 18+ and in charge of receiving and responding to all e-mails for themselves)

If you are a NEW athlete, or trained with us previous to 2019-2020 but didn't cheer with us last season, please provide one primary e-mail that you plan on using going forward.

We will be sure that ALL of these proper e-mail addresses are included in receiving any information going forward about the Spirit of Texas 2020-2021 Evaluation Process!
