Clear Springs FFA Officer Application 21-22
Thank you for being interested in becoming a chapter officer for next year!!! There are a few steps you need to complete in order to be considered for a position. Officers will be selected based off of multiple criteria but each will factor in 25% of their overall score.
1. Complete the online application, make sure you write in complete sentences
2. Turn in 1 Letter of Recommendation, not from a family member
3. Turn in a Teacher Evaluation form- this is a different person from your Letter of Recommendation
4. Present an officer candidate speech at the April FFA Meeting, popular vote will be conducted after speeches are given in an online format  
5. Interview
6. Test

Forms can be picked up from the bulletin board in the Ag Hallway or printed/emailed of the chapter website. Please provide the name of who will be writing the letter below *
