Please fill out this form to request delegate status to the 2024 WisDems State Convention

PLEASE NOTE: This form will stop accepting submissions at 11:59 PM on Tuesday, May 7th. If you wish to request delegate status between May 7th and the final deadline for County Parties to submit their delegate & alternate lists on May 18th at 5pm, you must communicate directly with your County Party. 

Additionally, your submission of this form indicates your interest in becoming a delegate to State Convention, but DOES NOT mean that you are automatically registered as a delegate to State Convention. Instead, our team will send your information to your local County Party, who will ultimately select State Convention delegates. To confirm whether or not you have been selected as a delegate, please contact your local County Party.
