SA FW Spa Day Class Registration Form
We are thrilled that you will be joining us for a fun-filled Featherweight Spa Day Maintenance event led by Angel Herring.  Please complete the form. After you have filled it out, please contact Kim for payment of the class.
The Featherweight Class is Wednesday, July 13, 2022 from 9:30am to 2pm for $55 which includes lunch. You will need to contact Kim at 210-386-9282 for payment arrangements.
Be sure to arrive about 15 minutes early, so you can set up your machine and be ready for the start time. Please understand we must limit you to ONE machine per persons so that you have the amble amount of time to effectively maintain your machine in class. (Prices and availability of items are subject to change due to vendors stock.)

Do you need to order oil to take home with you?  $10 cash due day of class. *

Do you need to order a red felt to go under the spool of thread?  $3 cash due day of class. *
Do you need an LED light bulb? These light bulbs do not get hot like the originals.  $15 cash due day of class. *
Do you need a drip pan liner? (If it has never been changed you will want to change it.  It could be why your machine has a slight smell to it.) $15 cash due day of class. *
Do you need a belt? $15 cash due day of class. *
Do you need a quarter inch foot with a guide? (Angel recommends one if you don't have one.  She and other Featherweight fans sew with one on a regular basis.) $16 due day of class. *
T-shirt one: Black shirt with gold glittery lettering to match the Featherweight.  "It's a Featherweight thing, you wouldn't understand!"  Ordering shirts on this form is  an agreement to pay for the shirt upon arrival of the retreat.  Prices indicated next to size.  Cancellations are not allowed. Payment in cash to Angel the day of class. *
