SHUSD Learning Enrollment Form
St. Helena Unified School District plans to begin in-person instruction using a hybrid schedule on October 26, 2020. In preparation, our teams are finalizing the safety and operational requirements to welcome students, teachers, and staff back to campus.
Each family's response to the COVID-19 pandemic varies. We understand the uncertainty of the day-to-day crisis and want to honor the educational choice for your family. Preparing for in-person/distance learning is complex and requires a lot of planning for both families and staff.
The following Enrollment Form is required in order for SHUSD to assess the number of students in each learning model. The responses to this form will determine the programs offered by SHUSD.
This form must be 饾棾饾椂饾椆饾椆饾棽饾棻 饾椉饾槀饾榿 饾棾饾椉饾椏 饾棽饾棶饾棸饾椀 饾榾饾榿饾槀饾棻饾棽饾椈饾榿 and completed by Sunday, October 11, 2020

El Distrito Escolar Unificado de St. Helena planea comenzar la instrucci贸n en persona usando un horario h铆brido el 26 de octubre de 2020. En preparaci贸n, nuestros equipos est谩n finalizando los requisitos operativos y de seguridad para dar la bienvenida a los estudiantes, maestros y personal al campus.
La respuesta de cada familia a la pandemia de COVID-19 var铆a. Entendemos la incertidumbre de la crisis diaria y queremos honrar la elecci贸n educativa de su familia. La preparaci贸n para el aprendizaje en persona o a distancia es compleja y requiere mucha planificaci贸n tanto para las familias como para el personal.
El siguiente formulario de inscripci贸n es necesario para que SHUSD eval煤e el n煤mero de estudiantes en cada modelo de aprendizaje. Las respuestas a este formulario determinar谩n los programas ofrecidos por SHUSD.
