Smart Bellies is offering home delivery while kids are not in school.

Due to the risk of spreading the coronavirus, we will leave the bag of food outside of your door and knock. If no one is home, the bag(s) will be left. Deliveries will happen each Friday between 2:00pm - 4:00pm.

**You only need to fill this form out once and we'll continue to deliver food until you no longer need it. You can email smartbelliesco@gmail.com or call 970-368-2848 to discontinue your deliveries.

We reuse our bags! If you'd like to give your bags back, please leave them on your front porch and we'll pick them up when we drop off food.

Smart Bellies ofrece entrega a domicilio mientras los niños no están en la escuela.

Debido al riesgo de propagación del coronavirus, dejaremos la bolsa de comida fuera de su puerta y llamaremos. Si no hay nadie en casa, la(s) bolsa(s) se dejará(n). Las entregas se harán todos los viernes entre las 2:00pm y las 4:00pm.
