With special guest coach Garrett Bender we will teach the skills needed to play the game competitively and safely with a special focus on the 7s version of the game. Garrett represented Team USA at the Rio Olympics in 2016 and the Men's Eagles 7s from Jan 2012 to Aug 2016 and will bring a wealth of experience. Information will also be available for joining the Quad City rugby club and playing on a team. COVID procedures will be in place to conform with our return to play protocol. Temperatures will be taken before each session along with a quick health screening check.

What to bring: Please bring your own water bottle. Soccer style cleats are acceptable or running shoes. T-shirts and shorts are fine and wear your rugby jersey if you have one. For the contact sessions a mouth guard is required. Bring your friends to share the experience.

Session 3: 12.00-1.00pm Rookie Rugby for kids under 6th Grade - family members welcome to join in (Cost $10 for each family)

Session 4: 1.00-2.00pm Open Men - New to Rugby (Cost $25 each)

Session 5: 2.00-3.30pm Open Men - High Performance (Cost $25 each)

Session 6: 3.30-5.00pm Open Men - High Performance (Cost $25 each)
