PMAGC Plant Sale 2024 Vendor Signup
The Paxton MA Garden Club is looking for vendors to sell their wares during our Annual Plant Sale on Sat., June 1, 2024.  We have space for 5 vendors (first come, first serve with vendor fee):
  • Cost $25. Fee must be received to secure space
  • Booth Size 10x10' 
  • Event runs 8 AM to 12:30. Setup must be complete by 7:45 AM. This is non-negotiable, late comers will be turned away as late set up impedes the sale.
  • Vendors are asked not to leave early unless there is an emergency, please plan accordingly with the weather. 
  • Vendors are responsible for their own booth supplies, setup and dismantle
  • Vendors are not allowed to sell plants or plant material. Garden related items are acceptable
  • The Garden Club will actively market the event throughout the region and promote vendors attendance
  • This event is rain or shine. 
  • Booth fee is non-refundable if cancelled after May 1, 2024

Mail check payable to the "Paxton Garden Club or PMAGC" and mail to PO Box 92, Paxton MA 01612.
