Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectations, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management team in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place a compliance-related report in confidence, you are able to use this helpline form. This helpline is dedicated for compliance concerns, which include such issues as conflicts of interests, HIPAA or privacy and security concerns, and allegations of fraud, waste and abuse. The information you provide to the Compliance Office is on a confidential basis, and your information is not shared if you have chosen to remain anonymous when submitting your report.
