I believe in a Flexible Dieting approach to nutrition, and work with clients who are excited about learning how to live a sustainable, balanced life through their relationship with food. *I do not create meal plans*, as I do not believe in their use for long-term adherence, or for creating an understanding of ourselves and our dietary needs.
My 1-on-1 coaching is goal-oriented, and tailored specifically to you and your needs. Providing as much detailed information as possible within this short questionnaire enables me to make sure we would be a perfect team!
