The SVS Family directory is published by the PTO at the beginning of the school year and includes staff lists, class lists, and contact information for families that "opt-in" to be included in the directory by completing this data entry form.

Data entry must be completed by midnight, September 15, 2019 to be included in this year's directory.

Printed directories will be available for pick-up from the main office at SVS by mid-October and all recipients will be notified via email when the directories arrive.

Families participating in the SVS PTO Annual Donation Drive receive one free copy of the directory with donations of $20 or more. A limited supply of directories can be purchased after the donation drive for $5.
