The BALANCE project, stepping on the key learning points from the European Green Action
Plan for SMEs, aims to develop and provide SMEs decision-makers with an innovative
program that will help companies transform their work into greener operations, while
improving their financial literacy and enhancing their environmental awareness without
causing financial stress to your organisation.

Before we develop the Training program, we are going to send out the following survey in
order to go deeper in the specific needs of the SME´s.

The training program will help you, SME's decision-makers:
- to evaluate the current state of your company regarding circular economy, environmental
footprint, way of doing operations (how do they harm the environment and what are the
quantitative measurements for that)
- to understand better how upcoming policies based on Green deal affect your business
operations
- to adapt mechanism based on good practice examples
- to help understand financial sustainability of your operations
- to communicate with your employees necessary changes (change management)
- to build a strategy to inform and develop your employees so they stay relevant to your
business
