Entry Rules:
1) Tell us about your hero in 500 words or less. Why is s/he so amazing? What have they done that is admirable? What kind of courage do they exhibit? What have they achieved? Why do you consider them to be a hero?
2) Invite your hero to either like our Facebook page or Follow us on Instagram. Both the person nominating and the nominee must be verified to follow/like at least one of WrinkleFree MD's social media pages to be eligible to win.
3) Entries are due by Sunday, September 20th at 11:59 pm.
4) The winner will be announced on social media as well as by email/phone the week of September 21-25.
5) Both the selected hero AND the person nominating them will receive 1 complimentary BBL HERO treatment of the Face, Neck, and Chest, valued at $1200 per person.
6) There are no limits to the number of entries a person can submit as long as the above rules are met for each entry.
