Specifying PTXprint "margins"
When we started off with PTXprint, we had this awkward way of specifying "margins" - let's face it, it is complicated for anyone to think in terms of a "top margin factor". We're about to change that to something which is more "obvious" especially for users who have NOT been trained in typesetting principles. Do you have 5 minutes to answer a few questions to help us get this right?
The current implementation seems to confuse everyone...
