I have also lived through massive spiritual leaps over the past ten years, and have built up a wealth of knowledge on mindfulness, herbal remedies and self love. I am passionate about creating a life filled with love and abundance and sharing what i know. 

I have a deep understanding on the sacrifices parents make, and the heart ache that comes with that all too often. As a mother of a Nero-diverse child, and children with food allergies and intolerance's I understand the feeling of overwhelm and being stuck. I'm here to help you with these feelings. .. I am here to serve, listen and share the light of love with those who are open.
