GSA Spring 2024 Fees/Fines terms and conditions
A representative from each organization, and each coach will need to sign-off on this explanation, agreeing to the terms and conditions for any fines for the 2024 season.  Bond funding is used to off set fees for any fines accumulated during the season per town.  This form will outline why fines are assigned and how fines are totaled for town/coaches.

Each team must have a bond payment on file ($100.00 per each team or a max. of $300.00 per town/organization).

Each team can reschedule a max of 2 times per season.  This cost of rescheduling is listed below:  

First game:  $10.00
Second game:  $20.00
3rd game: Marked as forfeit - $50.00 - game NOT rescheduled.
4th - Marked as forfeit - $50.00 fine - Game not rescheduled and team removed from the league.

When a coach is ejected from a game, there is a $100 fine paid by coach and a 2 game suspension. *

When a parent is ejected from a game, there is a $100 fine and a GSA board review to determine if a coach suspension is warranted. *

If a score is not reported by the winning team within 24 hours, it is recorded as a tie and a $5 fine will be assessed to the winning team. *

Umpires fees for the season are $35.00 cash payment split at the plate by both teams. ($70.00 total).  GSA will pay the additional $10.00 at the end of the season.

If the home teams forgets to cancel a game, and an umpire is assigned and arrives at the field - the full payment will be withdrawn from their bond payment ($70.00).

If the home team cancels a game after the deadline (as specified by GSA on game day) - the full payment will be withdrawn from their bond payment ($70.00).
