1. Vendor set-up on Sunday, June 23 is from 10am to 11am. All vehicles must be removed from festival grounds and parked in festival parking before 11am, with festival start at 12pm.

2. Pack-up should only occur after 4pm. No vendor vehicles will be allowed on festival grounds until after 4:15pm.

3. Vendor application fees are made payable to Godfrey, Inc. Vendor payments may either be mailed to Godfrey's Farm, 370 Leager Road, Sudlersville, MD 21668 or dropped off at Godfrey's farm market during normal business hours. Fees are nonrefundable, except in the case that your application is denied acceptance. There are no online or credit card payments for this event.

4. Godfrey, Inc. reserves the right to approve or deny vendor applications and items for sale.

5. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance, listing Godfrey, Inc. as co-insured.

6. All food vendors must provide a copy of the proper health department documentation prior to June 1. The documentation should be displayed during the event.

7. Maryland Sales Tax is the responsibility of the vendor.

8. There is no rain date for this event.

9. Vendor space is 10’ by 10’, unless noted on the application and approved. Tents and tables are not provided for the event and are the responsibility of the vendor. There is no access to electricity.

10. The deadline for applications, along with vendor fees and health department documentation, is June 1. Failure to meet all requirements before the deadline will result in the forfeiture of the vending space.
