CARE to Stop Violence Workshop and Programming Request Form
We ask that workshop and programming requests be made AT LEAST THREE WEEKS (21 days) prior to the date of the desired presentation.
It may take up to two weeks for us to process, staff, and confirm your request.
Staff led presentations will be denoted.
Custom presentations should be requested at least 4 weeks (28 days) in advance. For any confirmed workshop or programming
, you will receive a reminder email the week prior to your workshop.
PLEASE NOTE: Please do not request a Step UP! workshop for your UNIV100 or Freshman Connection course through this form. You will receive the Step UP! video from our office to show during a class time of your choice. If you request a Step UP! workshop for your UNIV100 or Freshman Connection course, it will be declined.
