Brag sheets are used by counselors to write you the BEST letter of recommendation for college.  Please give your counselor at least 2 weeks to complete your letter of recommendation after this brag sheet is completed.

*Students applying to colleges through the Common App & other private/out-of-state colleges requiring them.  
*UC's and CSU's do not require a letter of recommendation except for some special programs, only fill this out if they ask.
