2019 SCA Holiday Art Exhibit Registration
Please fill out this form if you plan to enter work in the 2019 SCA Holiday Art Exhibit. When dropping off your work, you must also fill out the Loan Agreement & Artwork ID form (one per piece) found on the SCA website. Deadline to Register via this online form: Thursday, November 21st, 2019

Event Dates: December 6th - 8th, 2019
Opening Reception: Friday, December 6th 5-8pm
Exhibit Open: December 7th - 8th, 11-4pm

Drop off of Work: Sunday, Dec. 1st 1-4pm or Monday, Dec. 2nd 4:30-6:30pm  
Pick Up of Work:  Sunday, Dec. 8th 4-5:30 or Monday, Dec. 9th 5-6pm

I understand that there is a fee of $10 per piece or 3 pieces for $25 payable by cash or check at intake. All 2D pieces must be ready to hang with with sturdy framing wire before delivery to show. No clips or saw tooth hangers. Pieces must not exceed 14"x14" (including frame). *
