In celebration of WORLD BREASTFEEDING WEEK, the Breastfeeding Support Group of Pulaski, TN is hosting for the community a VIRTUAL BABY EXPO on Saturday, AUGUST 1, 2020 from 10AM-2PM on ZOOM.
About the Event:
Our sixth annual event will be going ONLINE this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. We will have hosting the event on Zoom, with speakers on topics related to birth, breastfeeding, and racial disparities in maternal healthcare.
Breastfeeding moms and nurslings will participate in the BIG LATCH ON at 10:30 am
In addition to education and community building, we are considering safe ways to offer our traditional DOOR PRIZES and SWAG BAGS.
And the best part? It’s all FREE for those who attend!
Thank you for your interest in participating in our event. We have many sponsorship levels, described below. Your support helps our group's year-round programming to support the women of Giles County and surrounding areas. FEES CAN BE MADE VIA PAYPAL to

Gold Sponsorship Package - $500 (at least 50% of donation must be monetary*)
Your logo and information will be shared via email and social media. You will be provided a 5 minute time slot during our event to promote your business. Your logo will be included in any television, radio, billboard and print advertising we publish. You may provide 100 samples or promotional materials to be included in any swag bags we distribute. A portion of the donation may include a door prize gift.
Silver Sponsorship Package - $250 (at least 50% of donation must be monetary*)
Your logo and information will be shared via email and social media. You will be provided a 2 minute time slot during our event to promote your business. Your logo will be included in any television, radio, billboard and print advertising we publish. You may promote products as a virtual vendor booth, in a social media post the day of the event. You may provide 100 samples or promotional materials to be included in any swag bags we distribute. A portion of the donation may include a door prize gift.
Bronze Sponsorship Package - $100 (at least 50% of donation must be monetary*)
Your logo and information will be shared via social media. You will be provided a 1 minute time slot during our event to promote your business. You may promote products as a virtual vendor booth, in a social media post the day of the event. You may provide 100 samples or promotional materials to be included in any swag bags we distribute. A portion of the donation may include a door prize gift.
Vendor Sponsorship Package - $30
Your logo and information will be shared via social media. You may promote products as a virtual vendor booth, in a social media post the day of the event. You may provide 100 samples or promotional materials to be included in any swag bags we distribute.
OTHER WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
Swag Bags
Any sponsorship will earn you the opportunity to include a sample item or promotional material in each of our Swag Bags that will be offered to the first 100 adults who attend our event. We will also promote you on social media. We are working out if this is feasible right now with health restrictions, and may forgo physical bags.
Door Prizes
Products and gift certificates are appreciated to be given away as door prizes during our speaker sessions and at the end of the expo, especially digital gift certificates that require no contact to distribute. Your business name will be mentioned at the expo and promoted on social media. We are still determining if there is a safe way to distribute physical door prizes.
* A portion of the sponsorship must be donated in monetary funds or approved exchange of services for the event.
