- Monthly video teaching on the theme of the month, by Kåre Landfald
- Monthly 2.5 hour webinars with teachings, inquiry exercises, coaching demonstrations, and Q&C. Webinar teachers: Hanne Pedersen and Sandra Geitz. Kåre Landfald will offer one extra 3 hour webinar in April or May.
- Recordings from all webinars
- 2 monthly live (on zoom) guided, active meditations (during weekends) by Marta, Hanne & Sandra
- Monthly inspirational e-mail with teachings, links and reflection / inquiry questions for the month

We will use the Enneagram as a framework, and explore the essential aspects below as well as obstacles to experiencing and living these aspects.
January: Introduction to the Nine Endowments (Essential Qualities) of the Enneagram
February: The Essence of Brilliancy (Essence of Intelligence)
March: The Essence of Merging Love
April: Personal Essence (the Person of Being, the True Person)
May: Essential Identity, 'The Inner Beloved'
June: Essential Inner Guidance
